Apply with your CV and remote interview
If eligible you will be invited to Matrix-Q Work-Play Game
The Matrix-Q GameMaster will assign to you a challenge, you can complete by playing
Earn points, rewards, tokens, access new levels of the game
The Matrix-Q GameMaster will give you new challenges according to your score and rank
In advanced games you may earn also EUR

CONDITIONS FOR EARNING EUR

In order to receive EUR after completing a challenge or wining a game you need to be eligible
The Matrix-Q GameMaster will invite you to play games in which you may earn EUR
You receive an individual project-based contract for each game that pays you in EUR
You may need a free-lance tax number, citizen number, VAT number or similar, according to your location income tax law. ( For residents in the Netherlands a KVK Number )

PLAYER EXPERIENCE

CASE 01

Our player completes 1 challenge daily.
The challenge takes 120 min
For completion of the challenge the player receive 100 points and 10 tokens
The outcome of 3 challenges were eligible for 50,00 EUR / challenge. The player earned a total of 150,00 EUR

CASE 02

The player reaches level 2, has earned 1.000 points and accessed level 2 with 50 tokens
The player receive a new challenge that may take 9 days process, investing 1 hour daily
For completion of the challenge the player receive 1.000 points and 100 tokens
The outcome of single challenges if eligible paid 500,00 EUR. The player earned a total of 500,00 EUR

CASE 03

The player reaches level 3, has earned 20.000 points and accessed level 3 with 5.000 tokens
The player receives a single challenge (game) of 3 months, for which may earn 15.000,00 EUR in total

HOW TO PREPARE YOURSELF TO WIN?

Each work-play game involve some learning by playing activities and the application of acquired knowledge, skills, competences or tools.
In order to win a game you always need to learn innovative Matrix-Q Knowledge, Tools, Skills, Competences, Data, Technology, Methods or Products.
You earn always points, tokens after completion and EUR if you reached an acceptable success level
